Job Description

The Aviation Reporter - Helicopter will focus on breaking news, airframe developments, avionics upgrades, and training and technique for all things helicopters in both General and Business Aviation.

 

The Aviation Reporter - Helicopter will know their way around a helicopter, including all the ins and outs about what makes a mission-specific rotor-wing aircraft fit the job. They will jump on news, unearth scoops, and provide key analysis for our millions of readers. The reporter will write profiles on those in the helicopter community.

 

 

 

What you will be doing:

Write news, scoops, profiles, and analysis on financing, M&A, quarterly and yearly public reporting, and more.

Be a strong networker and source-builder in the helicopter industry

Travel as needed

 

What you bring to the table:

At least 3 years of content writing, preference given to experience in the aviation space

Preference given to CFI or higher

A track record of delivering on goals and stories in a timely manner

Familiarity with WordPress and SEO
